- $130 per night plus 13.416% general excise and accommodations tax for the Victorian Rose King Suite or the Ocean Blue Twin Suite, single or double occupancy
$75 per night plus tax for the Single Room
Rates are for a two night minimum stay
A one night stay requires a $15 per person service charge plus tax
During local events and limited availability, nightly pricing includes an additional $15 per person. (example: annual Merrie Monarch Festival)

- Reservation Policy: All reservations require a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card. Prepayment must be in full. You may request to prepay by cash or check, if your payment will arrive in less than seven days after booking the reservation with your credit card. Once scheduled, it is considered reserved and obligated, regardless of when the payment submission is processed by the financial service.
Cancellation Policy: We would like to, and if we are able to book a cancelled date, you may request a refund to your credit card, minus a $25 processing fee. If we are unable to book a cancelled date, a refund is not possible.

June 4, 2012: Had a nice location with a great view. Short drive to local towns and volcano viewing area, 25mins drive to Hilo and 30mins to the Volcano np.
May 28, 2012: Spent four nights here and I recommend! Dennis is a fantastic host, funny and fabulous cook (his pancakes and jam are the best). The room was very comfortable, and the area very peaceful. It provided a great base to explore the south-east corner of the Big Island.
February 25, 2012: Plumeria Hill was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. Our host, Dennis, is friendly and knowledgeable--not to mention what great meals he provided. The decor is romantically antique, but the amenities are modern and comfortable. A lovely territorial view, this home provides some of the most beautiful sunrises we saw on this trip. Dennis has some great recommendations for local sightseeing and entertainment.
